Joyce Banda Of Malawi is now the Second African Female president.


Following the death of Malawian President  Bingu wa Mutharika who died on Thursday April 5th, Joyce Hilda Banda  the former Vice President of Malawi is now the President.
She was sworn in yesterday, 7 April 2012, this makes her the first female President of Malawi and the second female president in Africa after Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia.

Malawi has really shown great maturity in handling this unexpected political dilenma. Kudos to them and to the new president. Lest i forget again, Happy easter Ada. I'm sorry it's coming on an easter monday but as the saying goes "better late than never" :) Have fun dear - BRIGHTINO

That’s marvelous. infact, I am very cheery that she make it at last in spite of the intricacy she go through from their late leader. Which attest that God is effectively on her side.
All the same, how I wish Ada you wil one day become the president of our country nigerian. lol
